North East Lincolnshire’s Exploitation Risk Assessment Matrix
This tool is designed to identify, assess and manage levels of risk for children and young people. It should be multi agency tool and reviewed when necessary. Any identified risk must always be evidenced with the source of information, date received and descriptive narrative of the impact this risk has on the child or young person.
